About me
Hey there! I'm Lewis. Last year I shipped my first game and ran my own studio.
Before games, I spent 5+ years in C-suite roles at tech startups. Highlights include $13M+ raised, 250k+ users and scaled from 2 to 50+ people.
Last year, I worked with nine wonderful people to ship Slipshot, a Roblox shooter. It’s now at 4M+ plays and peaked at 100k DAU.
Shipping it was the most fulfilling, gruelling and humbling experience of my career.
Long nights, long days, crunch, absurd bugs … and I love it.
I’d love to find a role where I can keep learning and get better at what I do. Where I can help talented developers build great games that players love.

Directed development and release of Roblox shooter Slipshot across a 5-month production cycle.
Reached 4M+ plays and 100k+ peak DAU.
Built and led a cross-discipline team of nine artists and engineers.
Personally led all game design, systems, engineering, animation, sound and QA. Shared art direction with creative director.

Joined early-stage startup GYB to launch a crowd-led production platform.
Contributed to raising $13M+ across two funding rounds (2021, 2023).
Supported the launch of the Slingshot Foundation in 2023.
Led teams and projects spanning operations, engineering, marketing, business development and governance.
Grew the platform to 250k+ users.
Helped scale the organisation from 2 to 50+ people.
